Returns are accepted. We stand behind every book we print.
If a title arrives damaged, or if you change your mind within thirty days, we will make it right.
Print books — damaged on arrival
If your book arrives damaged, write to us at contact@mountzioneditions.com with a photograph within fourteen days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.
Print books — change of mind
We accept returns of print editions within thirty days of delivery, provided the book is in its original, saleable condition — unread, unmarked, and undamaged.
To initiate a return, write to contact@mountzioneditions.com with your order number. We will provide a return address. The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within five business days of receiving the returned copy.
Digital editions
Digital editions are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. If you have a technical problem with a file, write to us and we will resolve it.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the title ships. After shipping, the standard returns policy applies.
Trade and wholesale returns
Trade accounts are governed by the terms set out in our wholesale agreement. Returns are accepted in saleable condition between 90 days and 12 months from invoice.
